A pioneer in Capuchin digital ministry, Br. Lawrence George has engaged emerging technologies since 1992 onwards director of Assisi Arts & Communications, a pioneering media initiative of the Capuchins in Kerala. Recognizing early the pastoral potential of digital platforms, he launched the Loran Talk blog (2007) and established systematic online publication of Sunday homilies (2011). His formal training in media studies (2009) and international missionary experience inform his continued digital engagement. Webmaster of the St Francis Kerala province since 2017. Since 2023, he serves as chaplain at Benziger Hospital and oversees the CCMSI website.
