Uniqueness

Many compare between persons of different places (=culture) to each other. How can it be so? No body can be compared with another; because each one is unique or rather each one is unique expression of God.

The character of a person is very much dependent on the climate of one’s home place. The habits, food pattern, behaviour pattern, way of dressing and so on.

Jesus always welcomed the uniqueness of persons, who were sincere to themselves, e.g.: Nathaniel at fig tree, Mary Magdalene at feet of Jesus, Peter with his denial, Thomas with his doubt, etc. Jesus never forced them to be different than what they were.

One should not be forced to become a different person but help to become what God wants one to be.

The duty of the parents is to find God’s plan to each one and guide accordingly. This is the reason we say, one should not be forced (including parents to children) to become another person. It does not mean that one should be allowed to do anything the person likes.
