4. Thou shalt give thyself positive feedback.
5. Thou shalt take regular breaks in work and study.
6. Thou shalt exercise daily.
7. Thou shalt not poison thyself with Junk food.
8. Thou shalt say ‘no’ when overburdened.
9. Thou shalt relax and rest well.
10. Thou shalt enjoy thyself and be happy.
